The community offers an impressive complement of housing in all areas and housing types: riverfront, mountain view, country acreage, and traditional subdivision. The median home price is well below the statewide average.  The supply of rental homes, townhouses and apartments is adequate, with a margin of rates to fit any budget.  As an example, the average 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1100 - 1400 sq. ft. home will rent for  $1,000 - $1,200 per month.  Contact me for all your housing questions.
